0 - No Experience: You have no knowledge, or experience in this area.

1 - Beginning: You are learning, or have a very limited knowledge of this area.

2 -Moderate: You hold your own in this skill.

3 - Skilled: You are rather skilled in this area

4 - Expert: You are more then proficient in this skill you are elite

5 - Godly: you possess divine skills in this area, or are so AMAZINGLY good at it, its "Like Insane"
